The Aaron Polson Fan Club

I've been a fan of Aaron Polson's stories for some time now and had the pleasure of reading a draft of 'The House Eaters', which is to be published byVirtual Tales sometime that is not soon enough. Anyway, having blown me away with yet another outstanding tale The World in Rubber, Soft and Malleable, the time has come to declare myself a self-made member of the 'Aaron Polson Fan Club'.

To join, all you have to do is add the below certificate to your sidebar/webpage/blog/have it tattooed to your chest - you may also add your name if you have the technological knowhow sometimes known as scanning or printing. If you know how to hyperlink to Mr. Polson's blog/website then all the better.

Let the cult begin...

*I wholeheartedly apologise to Aaron if I remain the only member, but trust me, the time will come when there will be Aaron Polson basement parties happening all over the world.

Way to go, Cate. Will there be an annual shindig too?

Great idea, Cate! Now we all need is a button to pin to our coat and to learn the secret hand-shake.

Calendar's, buttons and posters will be available at the convention held in 2012. Alan, I put you in charge of the secret hand-shake.

Love the dangling spiders - just in time for October - let the season of holidays, Polson, and all that is frightening begin.

Okay, so now I'm blushing.

I love it! Will we have T-shirts?

Kate, I'm thinking they're a must. We'll wear them to the convention so that we all recongise each other.

I've never read his work. Thanks for mentioning it, Cate. I haven't seen you in a while. We haven't visited each other's blogs in ages... :-D

Then you must, Tyhitia, and especially the story I've linked to. It's made of pure win.

I'll join. "Gary Sump's Hidden City" remains one of my favorite short stories of 2009.

Yeah, "Gary Sump's Hidden City" was awesome, among others. I'm with Barry.

We should name a microbrew after him.

Like "Polson Ale". Or "Polson Ice."

I'd drink it.
