Choate Road

There's a teeny-tiny interview with me over at Choate Road run by the rather splendid Greg Hall, host of The Funky Werepig. Please ignore the photograph, by order of me.

Thanks go to Natalie L Sin who played the go-between and introduced me to Greg. Gosh, that all sounds rather shady. Shady is good.

Photograph? What photograph? Lovely interview, though. ;)

Wow, can't wait for the new site to go live! Congrats on a great interview!!

Nice interview [and photo, he whispered]. You are correct...shady is often good.

Very, very cool.

Funny you mention Desperation. I'd grown up reading King but then abandoned him when he began killing off his characters (Cujo, Pet Semetary.) When Desperation came along, I gave him another chance. Glad I did.

No money changed hands, I swear!

Thanks, Hinny & Andrea.

I bet you looked, Mr. Polson. Please report to detention.

Angela, me too. ;)

Alan, you were told not to peek.

Brendan, I love that book.

Natalie, several Korean men are on their way across the Atlantic.

It's odd...most people that aren't big King fans like Desperation. Personally, as King fan, it's one of my least favorites. I agree about the claustrophobia, though...

I read Desperation, but I don't remember it. Now I may have to re-read it. Really looking forward to Pinstripe Suits.

Very cool. I listen to the Werepig all the time, but I don't often visit Choate Road. That changes today.

Nice little interview!

I'd mention that I think it's a cute photo of you, but of course I didn't notice the photo. :)

So awesome. And yeah, I'm going to have to add Desperation to my re-read list.

Never read Desperation, I'll check it out. Nice interview, shrt and sweet.

Barry, interesting... I also loved 'The Langoliers'.

Thanks, Jamie.

Gef, I've only listened to the Werepig twice I think (Ellen Datlow, and Nate Lambert episodes).

Good girl, Kate.

Carrie, I bet your list is longer than mine.

Thanks, Rich.

Love it.

Also, at the risk of sounding creepy, I'd like to mention that you're really lovely. (I mean that in a very shallow way, though of course your personality is lovely too.)

Cool interview.

Cate Gardner said...

Katey, you're shallowness is not very discerning.

Thanks, Danielle.

Katey said...

Oh no, my shallowness is the only discerning part I have! It's any and all attempt at depth that ends up absolutely clueless :D
