Strange Tooth

Dunce that I am, I forgot my story Strange Tooth was up at Every Day Fiction today. I logged into twitter and saw the link and followed it and oh boy, I knew there was a reason I should stay away from the net today. 1.5/5 stars and no comments. I shall assume it be bad, bad, dreadful.

In more important news, someone in Morocco googled 'Aaron Polson Fan Club' and found my blog... Hopefully they found Mr. Polson's too.

I'm glad that you mentioned it, Cate. I saw the schedule at the start of the month and knew that you and Aaron both had stories on EDF this month (I now only visit to read stories of folks I know).

He certainly was an odd character.

Thanks for reading it, Alan. I always intend to read the EDF stories every day and never do. I need to be more committed, or maybe just committed.

I loved that story! I don't typically comment over there (mostly because I can't ever remember my log-in) but I gave you all the stars you deserved, which was all the stars. :)

Thanks, Kate. I do worry I make no sense.

Cate, just so you know, the star rating on the story has been creeping up steadily all day (early in the day when there are less votes, one or two lower votes can drop the average drastically, but it tends to settle out as people from different timezones read and vote, and you can't reliably see how the piece was received until maybe a full day or more after it was posted). Plus, the comments on your piece are flowing in, and they're nearly all positive. It's a unique and well written story, and we're happy to have published it.

I read. I voted. I commented (for which I apologise, should an apology be deemed necessary ;))

Then I joined up and subbed a story. Bullet bitten. Thanks Cate!

Cate...it was great. Typical weirdness from across the pond! I think each Cate Gardner story deserves two reads. ;)

o_O I've told you you're creepy, right? If not - you're creepy.

My turn on my knees.. ;)

*hugs*

Thanks, Camille.

Ian, I'm sure they'll love your story.

Aaron, I think every Cate Gardner story needs two reads. ;)

Thanks, Danielle.

Thanks, Jodi. Do you need a hand up? I know I always do.

I'll try to read it this week and give a comment and rating. I love the title.
