Tainted

YAY! Aaron Polson ran a competition a couple of weeks back to win a copy of TAINTED: Tales of Terror and the Supernatural, which he edited. The anthology arrived today and it includes stories from some familiar names, such as HG Wells and Edgar Allan Poe, alongside some familiar watch-this-space writers: Natalie L Sin, Jodi Lee, and Camille Alexa.

Check out this cool trailer:

And here’s my fabulous free copy: (Darn dark days and the need for the flash).

Yay! I also received mine. I am tempted to break from the goings on at Hogwarts (now about 1/2 thru Chmaber of Secrets) to read this.

Double Yay! Anything that tempts you away from HP has to be pretty darn excellent.

Oooo - it's pretty! I'm hoping mine has cleared customs and is waiting at the post office.

Congratulations, Cate!

It's so wrong that I have my copy before you... You're going to be very pleased with the result - and I am kicking myself that I allowed the guidelines to scare me. :)

I am reading it right now and I have to say that you are in for a treat. Aaron did great picking the stories and major kudos to the writers.

Perfect timing. And love the name of Strange Publications. ;-)

Jamie, having enjoyed previous stories from Natalie, Jodi & Camille, I figured I was in for a treat. :)

Kudos, Natalie.

Yeah, for freebies. :)

Cool! And you propped it up with two uber cool movies too. I used to date a guy named Damien. Creeped me out.

All the movies on my shelf are uber-cool - well most ;)

My copy was in the mail that day. Our office had been closed for a day so it wasn't really late or anything. Actually - LOL - it was here in lightning time compared to others. I've had 'em come in over a month after the send date... :)

Customs sucks. ;)

I believe the Canadian postal system is very strict, whereas I think Royal Mail lets anything through. :)
